1. General Terms

1.1 These Terms apply to all users of the ps88ad platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person who accesses any part of the ps88ad website or services.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

2.1 To be eligible to register and use ps88ad, you must:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;

2.2 ps88ad reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and any winnings accrued during the period of non-compliance may be forfeited.

2.3 By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in this section. Providing false information regarding your age or identity is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on ps88ad. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2 When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ps88ad will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.5 ps88ad reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

3.6 ps88ad is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.

3.7 Accepted identification documents include: Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or other government-issued photo ID. Proof of address may include utility bills, bank statements, or barangay certificates dated within the last three (3) months.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 ps88ad supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method. Please refer to the Cashier section of your account for current limits and processing times.

4.3 Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. ps88ad aims to process verified withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the processing times of the relevant payment provider.

4.4 ps88ad reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting additional documentation or temporarily placing a hold on the withdrawal pending review.

4.5 Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. ps88ad does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but this may be subject to change with prior notice.

4.6 Funds deposited into your ps88ad account are held for gaming purposes only. ps88ad does not pay interest on player account balances.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 ps88ad may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.

5.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. ps88ad reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds if it determines that a player is exploiting promotional offers, using automated software, or engaging in any form of bonus abuse.

5.4 ps88ad reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus funds that have not been claimed or activated at the time of termination will be forfeited.

5.5 Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Players must opt in to bonuses where required; bonuses will not be applied automatically unless stated.

6. Gameplay Rules

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ps88ad and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Creating multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to play games or exploit the platform;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of cheating in multiplayer games;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such exploitation must be reported to ps88ad immediately;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform;
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ps88ad staff or other players;
• Accessing ps88ad from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

7.2 ps88ad cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Any suspected illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities, including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.

8. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ps88ad, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

11.2 ps88ad's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ps88ad account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 ps88ad does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Termination & Account Closure

12.1 You may close your ps88ad account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification.

12.2 ps88ad reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason at its sole discretion.

12.3 Upon termination of your account for cause, ps88ad reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

12.4 Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the ps88ad platform shall first be submitted to ps88ad's customer support team for informal resolution. ps88ad will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13.4 Notwithstanding the foregoing, ps88ad reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of its intellectual property rights.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 ps88ad reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

14.2 Your continued use of the ps88ad platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
